RosterCue ("RosterCue", "we", "us") is operated by Just Bits LLC. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RosterCue.

1. What RosterCue is

RosterCue is a fantasy football research tool. It publishes statistical projections, draft boards, rankings, and start/sit comparisons built from public NFL data. It is an informational and entertainment product.

RosterCue does not guarantee results. Projections are estimates produced by a statistical model. They are frequently wrong, and being wrong is a normal property of the model rather than a defect. Nothing on the site is financial advice, betting advice, or a promise that any player, lineup, or draft pick will perform in any particular way. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make in your own leagues.

RosterCue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL team, Sleeper, ESPN, or any fantasy platform.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide a working email address and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • One person per account. Do not share credentials or resell access.
  • Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. The Season Pass

RosterCue offers a free tier and a paid 2026 Season Pass. The Season Pass is a one-time purchase of $40 USD. It is not a subscription and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Access begins when Stripe confirms your payment and ends on February 15, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, regardless of when in the season you purchase. Buying later in the season does not extend the end date. Please take that into account before purchasing.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may change the price or the contents of the free and paid tiers at any time. A change in price never affects a pass you have already bought.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-download, republish, or resell RosterCue projections, rankings, or draft boards.
  • Share paid features with people who have not purchased access.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
  • Use automated tools to place load on the service beyond ordinary personal use.
  • Use RosterCue for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. If we terminate a paid account for a violation, we are not obligated to refund it.

5. Data sources and attribution

RosterCue is built on public data. Player identity and historical performance data come from nflverse, licensed CC BY 4.0 and adapted by RosterCue. Average draft position data comes from Fantasy Football Calculator. Weather forecasts come from the U.S. National Weather Service. League and draft synchronization uses the public Sleeper and ESPN APIs.

We do not control these sources. They can change, lag, contain errors, or become unavailable, and RosterCue's output inherits those problems.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the rosters, team names, and preferences you enter. You grant us permission to store and process them for the purpose of operating the service. We describe how in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

RosterCue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that projections will be accurate.

This is a small independent product. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we may discontinue it. If we discontinue RosterCue during a paid season, we will refund a fair portion of unused Season Pass time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Bits LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost league winnings, or lost data, arising from your use of RosterCue.

Our total liability for any claim relating to RosterCue is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email registered account holders and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use RosterCue after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
